The applications to the LIGHT Sciences and Technologies Graduate Program (2024-2025 intake) will be open on Thursday 1st, February 2024, with the deadline set on Sunday 30th, June 2024.

You can chose between three LIGHTS&T Graduate Program tracks that include a few mutualized courses:

-Light, Matter and iNteractions (Fundamental Physics and applications);

-Physical Chemistry and Chemical (Chemistry/Materials);

-Biophotonics and neurotechnologies (Biology/Health Engineering).

To complete the electronic application form, please follow the steps detailed below:

1.   Create an account on the application portal;

2.   Confirm the creation of your account from received email (check your inbox including spam folder);

3.   Login/Sign in to the platform with your username and password;

4.   Complete the application form (incomplete applications will not be processed);

5.   Upload all required supporting documents (If you are missing a document then you can upload an explanatory note instead, or send an e-mail to master.applications.light-st@u-bordeaux.fr);

6.   Complete the online MCQ;

7.   Submit your application.

Note that you can save each completed page independently and work on the application form at different times, but you will not be able to modify your data after the final submission. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

All attachments must be translated into English (with the exception of French attachments), in .pdf or .jpg format and must not exceed 5 MB. Check your spam folder in case you don't immediately receive an automatic e-mail. To avoid any technical problems, don't wait until the last minute to submit your application form.
